We want you to feel comfortable and confident shopping at Eamti, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Returns cannot exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the original order.
3. All items must be returned as is, with no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging goods, the customer must use the shipping method with tracking function. Returns or exchanges that are not tracked will not be processed.
5. When returned, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
1. The final sale item is not eligible for refund, exchange or resizing.
2. "Personalization" items, stone color, metal and chain length, etc. selected according to your personal preference are not refundable. Eamti will charge a 30% exchange fee.
3. Special order items such as custom sizes and colors are non-refundable. (Custom sizes are sizes available for an additional $20). Eamti will charge a 30% restocking fee in exchange for special items.
4. Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be returned and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
5. Items that are worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange are not refundable.
Cancellation & Changes
We begin production of your personalized item immediately after your order is processed. As each product is uniquely created for you, we offer the following cancellation and modification options:

To send your item(s) back to us for a return please follow the instructions listed below:
1. Please email at assist@eamtijewelry.com for return authorization and support. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
2. Package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery.
3. Inside the package please include the following:
Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or as a store credit at your request. Within 15 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item.
